In the Software Manager or Synaptic Package Manager (SPM) are: DigiKam and ShowFoto, Gimp and all its plugins (gap, gmic, etc.), Pix, Gwenview, etc.įor basic easy image and photo editing, I recommend 'Kolourpaint', or 'Pinta', or 'MyPaint'. There are also numerous posts on this topic already available, if you search for them. There are a lot of excellent options in these categories to choose from for the novice to the expert.
There is nothing wrong with installing and trying various photo managers and photo image editors to see which ones you like the most and work best for you and your needs. If you run ' inxi -Fxzd' from the console terminal prompt, highlight the results, copy and paste them back here, that should provide enough information.
